Loved our stay! Customer service was excellent! Loved the breakfast! Loved the fact that you can walk to the beach. The only small detail that bothered is a bit was that the curtains aren't blackout. The lights on the walkway are very bright, but other than that we loved it. Loved the fans that the rooms half in addition to the A/C!

I took my family with grandbabies and we had a wonderful time!! Nancy and her staff were Amazing! What ever we needed for the room or the beach they provided. Nancy made you feel like part of the family.. The beach is right outside the hotel. If I had to suggest anything I would just like to see umbrellas at the pool area. Very nice pool but a lot of sun. Thank you again to Nancy and all the wonderful employees!! We will be back!!

We booked this hotel because it was within walking distance of the Sandfest and it had good reviews. The service was top notch, room was nice, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing they need are blinds on the windows to block out the lights but other than that we had a great stay. The manager is so friendly!!!

It stated we were getting a panoramic beach view but you could barely see the beach and there were no chairs or place to sit on the balcony…. Make sure if you want to sit outside take a chair. Breakfast was good and service was friendly. Room was alright. The walk to the beach was short but we didn’t expect it to be the road. All in I’ll it was ok but not what we expected by the description

The service was absolutely wonderful. The room was mostly clean except for the floor. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed and wear shoes whenever i wasnt in the bed. The location is perfect. The fan didnt work and no tv hook up even though there was a Spectrum remote. For the price i would expect better. It definitely has potential. I feel as though they recently purchased the place and just threw some money at it.

Check in was great. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and even offered to let me take her golf cart if I needed to go out for anything (my car was in the shop). I loved the color theme and the updates in the room. Beach was right there which made it that much better. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

We wanted something close to the beach. This was as close as you’ll get. The service, room and location was great. Anytime I’ve rented a condo it was furnished with dishes and utensils to cook. This was very very minimal. We had to get in touch with them to make the TV work, sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, which was terrible but aren’t they all? The staff was right there to fulfill our needs. I’ll go back

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is walking distance from the beach. Just know you are in Port Aransas and not Corpus Christi (a good 30-40min drive). My hotel started off great. In the middle of the night (3-4am), my son and I started started sneezing like crazy and once we turned on the lights, saw A LOT of dog (or cat?) hair all over the sheets, floor and some pillows. We don't even own a pet for allergy reasons. It was too late to get our rooms switched or checked - and we had a good amount of stuff to even make the ask to get moved. I am unsure of how good they clean - since there was a LOT of animal hair. In our room, the bed base was smaller than the mattress - so the bed was a bit wobbly in the end, making it a bit uncomfortable, specially if two people are sleeping in one bed. Besides this - hotel looks great from inside the room. Has amenities needed for a good stay.

A wonderful newly renovated room with comfortable beds plenty of pillows and clean and spacious counter space. And the lighting in the room was bright and fabulous. Also the front desk allowed us to borrow the golf cart for a couple hours. How Amazing is that!

Over all we enjoyed our stay however there were holes and stains on the bathroom walls and the floors needed a good swabbing. Beds were comfortable and front desk service was excellent.

Seaside Boutique is our absolute favorite spot to stay in Port A! Nancy and her staff are some of the kindest people you’ll meet, and they always strive to make your stay the best it can be. Comfy beds, quiet, and a very quick walk to the beach. The breakfast is good too (biscuits and gravy? Yes please!).

My husband and I visited this past weekend for our anniversary. The location of the hotel was wonderful because it was within walking distance to the beach. Our room smelled clean as it had just gotten cleaned right before we arrived. However I did find hair on the hairdryer that was not mine because I didnt use it and I think the shower could have been cleaned better too. The beds were not very comfortable as we both woke up the next day with our backs hurting. They were very firm mattresses. Overall we had a good experience considering my anxiety for staying in hotels. We didnt stay for the free breakfast but that is always a plus.

Used to stay in SeaSide before Harvey hit, I think they did a great job with the remodel! The extra lighting in the room and shower are in great shape! Will be back!

Phone does not work in room neither does your cell. Solution per office go outside. Tv did not work. Asked and no one ever showed. Very noisy. Great view of garbage. We did not stay the second night.

Really enjoyed staying here. Outstanding customer service ( very friendly staff). Rooms were clean and Sanitized. Literally right on the beach ( the best part). I would recommend this place to everyone. We will be returning here soon.

We LOVED our King Suite! It literally was like our own little apartment on the beach. Spacious and lovely. It seemed to have been recently remodeled and some of the workmanship was a little piecemeal (plywood ceiling in the bathroom, sloppy paint job, and such. But, we didn't mind. We loved the room. Check-in person was wonderful and helpful! Our only disappointment & surprise upon arrival was there are no Ubers. It was evening, so we just ordered pizza, which was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend Port A Pizzeria. Rented a golf cart the next day- also recommend. Taxi service around town is only $10. We LOVED the beach!!!!

We stayed one night at the Seaside Boutique Hotel in Port Aransas. The hotel is very well located close to the beach and the unit was clean, the breakfast was nice and the Internet was good as well. However, when we arrived at the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning fluid, and a dehumidifier was running in the room. I don't actually know why the dehumidifier was running, so we stopped it. The room was located on the ground floor and we had the feeling that we moved into a motel, not a hotel. There was also some maintenance issues with the floor moldings separating from the wall. We would also be nice with a chair to sit on and an extra mirror in the bedroom. Thank you.

I couldn't say more amazing things about Seaside Boutique and the owner, Nancy. We arrived and she welcomed us so nicely. She ended up letting us take her golf cart for our one night stay!!! She made some suggestions and was so accommodating with everything. In the morning, she even made us waffles (part of the breakfast)! The room was lovely. We had two queen beds with plenty of pillows. The bed was comfy. The comforter was a little heavy, but nice. There were no dressers or storage for anything, but a really great shelf that ran nearly the whole length of the room. (We were only there one night so didn't need the storage.) The bathroom was a great size. I don't think the room was dirty at all, but the grout wasn't light so it looked a little dirty and so did the shower. The AC unit worked great. Just FYI, there was no full length mirror. The parking situation was interesting as the front spots are only for golf carts or compact cars. If people don't follow the rules, you can't drive through. We were on the first floor so didn't have a balcony, but it seems there's communal balconies (maybe?) on the second and third floors. The continental breakfast was great. It had bagels, cereal, yogurt, muffins, waffles, and we had a special treat from a visiting police officer of donuts (stereotypical, I know). The proximity to the beach couldn't have been closer. It was wonderful.

Had an awesome getaway with my girlfriend, we enjoyed the beach that was only 2 minutes from our hotel. Hotel was really clean and spacious. Will recommend this to family and friends.

There is no elevator for the third floor and the balcony is not private. There was also no breakfast as promised in the advertisement. On the positive, the ocean view from the windows was great!
