The main floor of this boathouse-themed townhome features lake views, updated kitchen, living room with custom fireplace masonry, private balcony with grill, master bedroom and one and a half baths. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and private balcony with lake views to welcome in the morning. The homey kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools needed for at-home meal prep. The adjacent dining room includes a table set for six and counter seating for two. The dining room opens directly to the private balcony with an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and patio seating. Relax in the evenings near the cozy fireplace in the living room with numerous board games or a fun movie. The home's two-story layout features a reverse floorplan with the three of the four bedrooms and a bathroom located downstairs. One of the downstairs bedrooms includes a private en suite bathroom. Parking is easy and right in front of the townhome.
