The kitchen, living room, dining area, spare room and bathroom are all located upstairs. The first floor has the master bedroom, bathroom and washer dryer. There is a large backyard and privacy from neighbors. The backyard is not fenced but surrounded with woods on most sides. There is also a charcoal grill and picnic tables for use in the backyard.
