Completely and professionally decorated with an elevated beach aesthetic, this luxury home is full of curated art, shiplap walls, acrylic/gold kitchen hardware and light fixtures, satin brass fixtures in the wallpapered bathrooms, and vintage Turkish rugs. The thoughtfully designed Palmilla community amenities include access to a private, groomed beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food service - a game changer! Guest Services can even set up beach chairs and umbrellas, reserve a poolside cabana, or rent a golf cart for you. There are two community pools: one is right across the street and the other features the only swim-up bar on the island! The newly redesigned nine-hole golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, winding through the community, and is suitable for players of all levels. Hungry? Enjoy the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Sip coffee on the front porch of the two covered balconies, all facing Sunset Boulevard. Catch a movie in any room - all are equipped with 4K smart TVs. Cook a great meal in the professionally organized kitchen featuring quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a French-door refrigerator. Eat with friends and family at the bar with four stools or the beautiful marble table seating six. Sleeping 12, the five bedrooms are stylishly designed, accompanied by four distinctive bathrooms. The primary suite offers beautiful king bedding, a burled wood dresser, a large 4K TV, and a gorgeous en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a large TV, and layered rugs, and shares an eye-catching bathroom with the shared, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The third king bedroom on the top floor has beautiful storage, a large TV, and a shared flamingo wallpapered bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a one-of-a-kind basket mural, an en suite palm leaf wallpapered bathroom, a large TV, and access to the balcony to view the ocean. The fifth bedroom is the bunk room featuring four twins, a TV, and space for games and books. Kids will sleep better thanks to a custom door which is unique to The Palm. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. THIS BEAUTIFUL TRANQUIL SPACE WAS THE EPITOME OF COMFORT AND RELAXATION. EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT WAS ANTICIPATED AND PROVIDED. THE BEDS AND LINENS WERE AMAZING, THE DECOR WAS EXCEPTIONALY DONE WHILE COLORFUL YET CALMING, WE WERE CONTSTANTLY AMAZED AT THE SMALL THOUGHTFUL TOUCHES NOT NORMALLY FOUND AT A "BEACH RENTAL". WE WILL DEFINATELY BE GOING BACK.

This condo was beautifully done. It was hip and current! Nothing felt tired or worn out. The wallpapers in each bathroom are exquisite! We felt as if we were staying in a different part of the country (not the Texas coast). I will definitely rent The Palm again! It was perfection!

We loved staying at the Palm! It was the perfect size for 2 families with kids. Everyone had plenty of space and we all slept very comfortably. Our kids loved the bunk room! Kitchen is very spacious with everything you need to cook. Very functional house for families as well as very very cute! Every detail made it that much more fun to stay in. Perfect location, right across the street from the pool and a quick ride to the boardwalk. Pretty views from the balconies. We will definitely be coming back. We all had a blast!

It’s like staying at the vacation home of a friend who has much better taste and style that you do. Every corner is thoughtfully considered, from the chic furniture to the captivating wall art. The kitchen is well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and utensils, and the bedrooms offer plush bedding and each bedroom has a distinct style of its own. Yet, it's the uniquely designed bathrooms with their show-stopping wallpapers that had us touring each one in awe. The house overflows with delightful touches—whether it's the children's bunk room, the playful lego art, or the vibrant neon entry sign. Located mere steps from the pool and guest services, "The Palm" stands as a hidden treasure in Palmilla. Stay at the Palm and you’ll step right into the pages of a luxury home design magazine—there’s no other place like it!
