The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a daybed. The bathroom has a shower. It also has a private kitchen and deck. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the main cabin garage only-not the cottage garage. Please do not tamper with the garage at the cottage. There will be various owner closets that will be locked- please leave the locks alone. The Neighborhood: Given the stunning scenery and its adjacency to various outdoor pursuits, Granite Ridge in Shaver Lake is a destination that caters to nature lovers, outdoor adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful retreat in the midst of captivating mountain landscapes. Getting Around: This cabin has a large driveway, which can accommodate up to 4-6 vehicles. Please only use main driveway & lower right driveway only. The lower driveway on the left is the neighbors, please do not park there. No parking on the street during winter months due to snow removal. No recreational vehicles or camping allowed in yards and driveways. There is no uber, etc in this area.-you need your own transportation. Other Things to Note: 4x4/all wheel drive vehicles may be required with cables/chains during the winter season. Please be prepared or CHP could refuse entrance into Shaver Lake (168-E) No outdoor fires are allowed in the Granite Ridge subdivision.
