To the left of the kitchen-dining area there is a large double bedroom with private lounge, smart-tv with satellite and air conditioning, while to the right of the kitchen-dining area going up 3 steps there is a passageway room with a double bed, smart-tv with dvd player and access to a small balcony with a panoramic view. Continuing on there are 3 more steps leading to another double bedroom with wood-burning stove, air conditioning and going down 4 steps from the room there is an extra-large bathroom with tub. Approximately 1 hectare of fenced land completes and surrounds the house where there is a brickwork shed with barbecue area and table and chairs for outdoor meals. IMPORTANT: to access the property you have to drive 1.5 km of dirt road, the last 900 m must be driven very carefully as it is a stretch of country road through the vineyards: the road becomes narrower and steeper so it is advisable to keep a steady pace without acceleration.
