This hotel is new and very clean. The beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. Full size refrigerator that has its own ice maker. My view was of the interstate highway, which is fine except the windows were not sound proof. I live in a city, so I was still able to sleep. Hotel mentioned they were working on changing out the windows. I liked the up and coming area for stores and restaurants.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However, there is little to no soundproofing of the rooms. Carpets were also an odd texture that is not ASD friendly. Need to ensure feet are covered to avoid irritation.

The check in took more time than I expected and when I went to my room, it had not been cleaned so we had to start all over again. Check out was also slow but the room was nicely appointed, very clean. I would stay at a My Place Hotel again.

Great place, clean, employees were kind and interested in the quality of our stay.

Very nice . Very satisfied. Could use a chair so 2 people could use the desk/ table for a game . Not that big of deal though.

I would recommend this Hotel whenever you can book it! We loved it and the staff went above and beyond!

Everything about this hotel was great. But before we went to bed we could hear a lot if movement upstairs, not a big deal.until 4 in the morning the noise was awful. It literally sounded like there was furniture moving above us, lots of scraping noises and we could hear every footstep. So the night's sleep was rough to say the least.

Everything about check-in was excellent. Staff was friendly/very pleasant and helpful…EXCEPT when obtaining a room with a kitchenette one would think that dishes and eating utensils would be in the room. We heated up the frozen dinner we brought, opened the cabinets and drawers and NOTHING. No warning when we checked in, no heads up before we went to the local Walmart and because after being informed we had to purchase plates and eating utensils no paper products were available. Had this information been provided when I made reservations I would have brought my own. I found it a weaselly thing to do. Staff was great but policy was less than stellar.

My room was excellent. Room has a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave but no plates, bowls, utensils, or anything else for eating. Seems strange that you have to bring your own.

Very nice brand new property. Super clean and everything was in perfect condition. Excellent coffee at front desk with a nice little food store section. Front desk clerk was pleasant and efficient. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was great, the rooms were excellent I would definitely stay there again.

My day was very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and the laundry room was a bonus. It was quiet felt a bit like home.

The property was very clean and nice. This particular My Place was brand new. The only issue I see is that it is set up for extended stay with full size refrigerator and a two burner stove top, which is all good, but here is the kicker if you want to use the kitchen part you have to buy from them in the lobby silverware, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cooking utensils, pots, pan etc. I found that quite weird and wondered in my mind would people actually do that? I wouldn’t!!! If you need that type of property go to Home 2. Everything in the kitchen area is provided in the price. There was a Home 2 close by the My Stay so I compared pricing. Home 2 which supplies everything was $2.00 more than My Stay. Just not sure how this will fly for them.

This property is brand new. It is clean and well furnished. The reason for our rating is that after arriving and checking in after a twelve hour drive, we showered and went to bed early. After sleeping for approximately two hours, the door to our room suddenly slammed open twice, like as far as it could go before hitting that little lock thing we had engaged. It was loud and my son and I both jumped from bed, shocked. So, long story short, it was apparently the general manager (at the time, I sleepily and grouchily said, "definitely the wrong room" because whomever it was, clearly had a key) trying to enter the room with his key. I looked through the keyhole and could see I thought it was a guy I had seen at check in and not a killer. (The hotel was barely occupied, apparently just opening after a soft opening, so it was quiet and surprising when someone attempted to enter the room. So, after two hours of sleep, we were now really awake. The next morning I spoke with the woman at the desk and asked if there was not a way for an employee to know which rooms were occupied. She said yes, but that they were still working out kinks. We should have been crossed off of his list. I don't think the general manager cared at all that we paid for a room and that his oversight caused us a bit of stress and lack of rest and feeling of security at the hotel. I would not stay again based on the whole strange experience and the lack of care management showed toward us, their guests.

Pleasantly surprised, brand new, super clean, full kitchen and a great location. I will be back!
