Clean and plenty of facilities

Lovely room, great location, friendly staff. Bargain price!

Bathroom was not great, poor choice evening menu.

The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, tidy and well presented. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was lovely.

Very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. Cosy bar area with good beers. Nice big, clean and comfortable bedroom. Very comfy bed with good quality bed linen. Tea & coffee making facilities included. The continental breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice, served by a friendly young lady. Good location in Hawes on the main road. We would definitely stay again.

The shower didn't seem very hot, but maybe we were doing something wrong!

Clean room, nice complementary tray,good location for walking and dining out in the evening.

Food wasn’t being served. Breakfast wasn’t organised. No milk,eggs. The chap was doing his best but not what was expected for ‘Highly Recommended’ accommodation!

very warm and welcoming,nothing was too much trouble manager has very recently taken over.He and his partner are trying hard to keep and gain new customers.

No fault of Danny s but no evening meals at present due to lack of chef.I am sure thiswill be resolved soon.
