The home is designed to be handicap-friendly, with an elevator that provides access to all floors. PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING: You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old. NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the spa. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the spa. In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** ​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
