Very pleasantly surprised at the condition of this hotel. Extremely clean everything looked redone and brand new. My room had a microwave and refrigerator which is something you don’t get generally. I can’t wait to come back here.

Check in took longer than needed, I swear I was standing there for 20 minutes watching her push buttons on the keyboard. Place is nice. No issues with the room. I saw security making the rounds so place is safe. Check
out was a breeze thankfully.

The hotel is nearly brand new...rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. It is a hidden gem with good nightly rates, excellent Wifi speed and cable TV with a broad array of channels.

This was a great find. Cozy, clean, and comfortable room at a great rate. I had to go to proving for a last minute business trip and find this gem in hotels.com. The staff are friendly and the common areas are well maintained. Will definitely be back here

The hotel was renovated so everything was new and clean. Only downfall was that it was extremely loud due to its location being right next to the freeway.

Beatifully refurbished older establishment. Excellent value, definitely will return. Located next to a freeway but very quiet. Minor complaint: fridge & microwave were not secure/wobbled in their cabinets.

Room was clean and tidy when I got there. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. Bed is comfortable and has great amenities.
The location is very nice too, great food options, some at walking distance.

I was here a few times under prior owner (Key Inn) when it was a dive. The transformation is fantastic. Clean, modern, beautifully redone pool area. I’m impressed. Only knock is bed was only a Full size to fit a very tiny room. But again, just beautifully done

IT TOOK 25 DAYS FOR THEM TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT!!!!!!
Almost an entire month!
When I finally got it, there was NO apology, NO stay 3 days and we will give you the 4th is free!
NOTHING!
We booked through Expedia and we're Platinum Members!
Still, they took $125 (the most of any place we've stayed)!
And they don't put a hold --- it's an actual purchase, because a hold goes back in 24 hours!
But when I called Peter (a boss) he was adamant the charge was returned!
Two days later, after MORE THAN 3 WEEKS --- my account showed a pending deposit from this place for $125!
Then get this . . . after a three day stay, we asked if we could checkout by noon?
Makayla or Makenzie or whatever (the front desk worker who apparently credited another person our deposit) said checking out late would incur a charge!
We got out of there by 10:59!
I should have known because as we were checking in, (which was a 20-minute ordeal because the young Latino worker [no name tags] had to call his boss just to check us in) he was in a lengthy debate with a woman complaining that she was charged twice on her deposit for one room!
We were seniors and asked for a ground floor room away from the freeway noise, the Latino worker said that is the room for Expedia people! So no easy access room for us.
During our 3-day stay, everybody was stacked on the same rooms on the side nearest the noisy freeway! We saw no one with rooms overlooking the serene pool area!
Service after the sale is IMPERATIVE! Fix it!!!

This is a great motel. Check in was super easy, the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Everything is new at this place, so the room was spotless. Air conditioning and WiFi worked great, plenty of hot water, and good water pressure. Highly recommended.

Please don't stay here if you want to get your deposit back in a reasonable amount of time and without a hassle. Even though I saw a review about this, I still chose to stay here and it was a mistake. Perhaps the problem is booking through Expedia, but here are the problems: Check-in was awful. Even though I booked and paid, when I got there I was told they didn't have the "kind of room I requested" and it was going to be hard to find me a room (even though they weren't full). I got a room and it was very clean (the one good thing about the stay). I paid a $50 deposit. They don't hold the payment; they put it right through. Then...you don't get it back. I've called and they said they issued a refund. My bank, however, says they did not. If I have to get a lawyer involved, I will. This place is super clean, but they have shady business practices. Beware!

Didn’t appreciate being lied to and given a bed smaller than what I had paid for. Supposedly, the clerk Josh said he had given me an upgrade. When I checked, it was a double than queen. Plus, the room was very small. Luckily, my bf and I stayed for a night.
In the morning as we were getting ready to leave, we discovered housekeeping didn’t noticed there was a used lotion bottle by the bed. Definitely won’t be coming back

Super clean and quiet motel. Very recently renovated. Lots of free parking so there were no worries coming back to the motel in the middle of the night on New Years Eve. Quick drive from Disneyland and Newport Beach. Very clean and safe area. Keep in mind it's a no frills motel. No fridge or iron, but you do get a hair dryer and coffee maker. Bed is very comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Because we booked on an outside source for booking, they gave us one the the noisiest room locations, adjacent to the 5 lane freeway. First night was most unpleasant , room was a slightly smelly.
I complained mainly because my lack of a good night sleep after a long travel day. The front desk after consideration gave us a much better room. It was evident by the very few cars that were parked, there were very many other quieter rooms available.,I rated it at the middle of the scale because one night was “ thumbs down and the second night was great.
But…Since we switched rooms for a lack of any sleep, My spouse left his cell phone in the sheets of the first room.
After 2 hours we realized his phone was missing. We did the “find my phone app” and it led us to the hotel laundry room. It was washed .. a local repair company in our city confirmed it had been washed it.
It was another significant expense involved in our stay. Therefore part of the experience.

A hidden gem. Brand new motel. Laundry room available with brand new appliances. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Friendly happy front desk staff and management. Safe for families. Not your typical motel.
The only downside is room is not serviced on a regular basis but if you ask they’ll clean/change sheets and give you towels.
Rooms are small but it didn’t bother us.

Updating my review. I initially left a 4 star review. I extended my reservation by ONE day and this new Asian lady working at the front desk intercepts me on the way to my car and demands ANOTHER DEPOSIT LOL!
I told her they still have my deposit for the original reservation and she said it’s “processing”. Will update once I ask them to reactivate my card.

NO PROPERTY SHOULD HOLD A $125 DEPOSIT FOR MORE THAN AN ENTIRE WEEK!!!
We checked out on Sunday morning and left the room in great shape with just trash in the wastebasket and used towels on the bathroom floor.
Eight (8) days later, this place still has NOT returned our deposit!
THAT'S JUST RIDICULOUS!
One day MAX at the most; what if someone else destroys the room by then and blames folks who checked out more than a week ago!
BE WARNED IF YOU CHOSE THIS PLACE!!

This is a good value for cleaning hotel. This is not a good hotel for winter enjoyment currently. The pool is not heated, therefore it's kept less than clean in winter due to low usage, which then becomes no usage. Not hot tub... 😕. If these two resolved then 5 star indeed 😁
