Our travel trailer is delivery only and the delivery charge is calculated at $3.00 per mile round trip. We don't add on set up fees but there is a charge of $25.00 if we have to dump the sewage and gray water tanks. These fees are payable to us directly at the time of delivery. We require a supplemental rental agreement (rental contract) to be signed by our renters. Brand new and squeaky clean. One bedroom with a comfortable residential queen innerspring mattress in the bedroom and a fold down dinette that sleeps two. Our camper is geared toward singles or couples with smaller children. If you need more sleeping areas please consider another camper. Fully stocked with all new cookware, dinnerware, towels and linens. No worn out hand me downs in this camper. We supply sheets for the queen bed only and two pillows. If you intend to use the dinette for sleeping you will have to supply your own sheets, blankets and pillows. It has a 40" ROKU television, theater recliners, bluetooth stereo, outdoor speakers, 20' awning, large 12 volt fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave oven, tankless on demand water heater and a 15000 BTU AC. We keep the water system sanitized and supply a premium multistage filter system.
