Ocean Views and a short walk to Long Sands Beach. This four bedroom & two bath home has just been updated. It is located in a private neighborhood with a dead end; a rare find this close to the beach! Ocean Views from the 2nd & 3rd floors, open floor plan ideal for your vacation house. Side yard is perfect for yard games & a lazy Sunday BBQ. Lobster Cove Restaurant is just a short walk from your front door where they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The house is nicely appointed with everything necessary to make your vacation a success. Fully stocked kitchen allows for great meal planning and there is lots of room for all. The first floor features 3 bedrooms that can sleep 6 ppl. The second floor is the primary living floor with kitchen, dining area and living room. The third floor is a family room but also serves as a sleeping area for 2 people with one queen and one full pull out couches. Full baths are located on the first and second floors.

Loved this quiet street and the fun layout of the house. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time at York.

We had a nice time at the house. I wish it had a larger deck and house keys that worked better. I could only get the deadbolt on front door to work. I also think it needs another garbage can as we filled it up and trash pick up is not until Tuesday!
The beds were comfortable and kitchen area nice.

The property was very nice and it had what we were looking for in a beach cottage. Our concerns started with gaining entrance to the cottage on the first day, it was supposed to be left open and the keys inside but the door was locked and when we tried to reach the manager , we were told she was out of the country. Fortunately we rang the ' ring" doorbell and the owner gave us the code to get into the lock box out back. Then we had issues again with the keys and were told it must be us and if we needed more help someone would come to look at the lock, they never came. Needless to say we used the lock box a lot. There was also a bit of an ant issue but we just kept sweeping them up and washing the area they were congregating, on the floors and in the shower, Again there was no one to talk with soon we made do. Very pretty property and close to the beach,

Amazing location on Long Sands, just a short walk to the beach. Great house and amazing location with little to no cars driving through.

Good location south of Long Sand Beach. Walking distance for adults packing light. The shoreline closest to the house is all rocks and that extends up the shore about a 1/2 mile towards Long Sands. That shoreline is unusable during high tide and to rocky even during low. We needed to drive up and park with children on Long Sand which was not ideal, but still worked.
There are no ocean views from the house, but it was clean, tidy and suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay right near Long Sands Beach over Labor Day weekend. The house had ample room for five adults and a four-year-old boy. The Lobster Cove restaurant was so close by and we went there for a nice Sunday lunch. The only comment to note is that the outdoor fire pit is fueled by a propane tank and does not require firewood. Overall, we loved our trip!

The place was very nice and clean. It was on a dead end street, however it is not “steps to the beach.” Long Sands beach is about a mile away. You can go across the street which is in walking distance but is only available at low tide. At high tide, the beach across the street is completely underwater. Parking is also limited to 3 vehicles. It wasn’t an issue for us but just an FYI. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host was great and responsive. We highly recommend the stay if you don’t mind a longer walk to the beach.

The perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Long Sands beach and a short ride to area beaches and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of six with lots of amenities to make us feel at home. Would definitely stay again.

We loved how there were 3 living floors - with the open concept kitchen/living room being in the middle. The outdoor grill and gas fire pit were really great to use at night. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/baking. The AC was a big plus given it was 100 a few days! Lobster Cove was less than a 5 min walk for drinks and food with views over the ocean. One thing to note: the beach that was walking distance doesnt have any sand/beach area a few hours during the day due to high tide. This didn't affect us as it occurred during our children's naps. There is a beach that still has sand during high tide that is only a 10 min drive away (and had bowling, arcade, ice cream, shops, and a nice restaurant). Would stay again!!
