The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a drip coffee maker. Accessed directly from the dining and living area is the patio with lounge chairs and steps out to the sandy beach. Additionally accessed from the main level is a back deck featuring additional comfortable seating. Completing the main level is a full bath and a sun filled private sitting area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and one full bath. The master bedroom features bold ocean views and a spacious covered porch with sun-drenched skylights. Truly a perfect place to relax. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and ample storage space and third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed (double on bottom/twin on top). If you've had enough sun or it's a rainy day, head to the lower level to the family media room. The lower level also offers a full bath and laundry room. Don't forget to rinse the sandy beach off in the outdoor shower! Small/Medium dog allowed with approval, payment of fee, and agreement of terms.
