This home is located in small-town Baring, on a riverfront piece of property with incredible views of the water and mountains. Wander across the lawn to to fish, drop in your kayak, or take an afternoon nap in the hammock tied to the trees. When you're ready to get out and explore, enjoy easy access to the Heybrook Ridge Trail (seven miles), Forks of the Sky State Park (eight miles), and the Great Northern & Cascade Railway (eight miles). The cabin is a showcase of its natural surroundings, thanks to a western wall of windows framing the river and mountains. Wood-paneled walls and exposed ceiling beams give the house plenty of atmosphere, which you'll feel whether you're cooking in the kitchen or watching movies by the woodstove. Bring your dinner outside to the deck on summer evenings, and linger for a relaxing soak in the hot tub after dark. Sleep soundly in two comfortable bedrooms with the day's clothes spinning in the laundry room. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: No parking available. Security camera details: There will be a couple outside that will over look the driveway. These are not installed yet. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
