However, for your safety, we kindly request that you avoid climbing these formations as they may pose potential risks. ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES: We try and cater to all groups, small and large, and our price reflects that. Although the description says accommodations are for 22 guests, we offer the rates to allow for smaller groups as well. Price reflects 16 guest and for additional guests over 16 an additional fee per guest/per night applies. We price our home in this ways to be fair to all PETS: Our intention is to keep the house allergen free for our guests. Violation of this will lead to $250 fee and cleaning charges. OUTSIDE FIRES: Per Madera County rules, no fires are allowed during May to October. California has been experiencing a severe drought and the area is extremely dry and the potential for a Wildfire is just too high to risk allowing guests to have an outdoor fire. When the fire ban is lifted and outside fire are allowed and they MUST be in an approved Fire Pit or Chiminea. If an outdoor fire pit or Chiminea is not provided, DO NOT under any circumstances gather rocks or other materials from around the home and create your own! This does not apply to the Propane BBQ's that is provided for your cooking pleasure. DO NOT use the BBQ for anything other than cooking your meal on, they are NOT intended to be used as a 'Fire Pit' and due to the propane tank attached to them they could explode by doing so.
