The beautiful polished floorboards and high ceilings are a wonderful feature throughout the cottage highlighting the originality and Circa 1930 year when constructed with the original facade and front verandah. Ceiling fans and efficient reverse cycle air conditioning split systems are throughout the cottage keeping you nice and cool in the hot summer months and toasty warm in winter. The comfortable lounge room opens to the dining and kitchen area with the second and third bedrooms plus second bathroom and laundry at the back of the cottage.
