There is an open concept living room with 32" tv with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more), dining area and beautiful kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge!) and a new energy efficient a/c unit in the kitchen. Additional extras that you are sure to appreciate include a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you can drink the water from the kitchen tap and refrigerator (with water/ice maker). The large balcony is equipped with a tiki bar and plenty of seating with custom-made, comfortable patio sectional furniture. As well as an additional full-size fridge to keep all your favourite drinks nice and cool! A fantastic space for relaxing and entertaining! There is a gas bbq on the lower carport for your grilling pleasure. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, new energy efficient a/c, private bath, TV with streaming options (Roku, Netflix, YouTube and more) and private balcony with outdoor furniture for your enjoyment and comfort. The second bedroom features a full size bed, single size bunkbed, new energy efficient a/c, shared bath, TV and private balcony. Electricity is an additional cost. The meter is read at check-in and then again at check-out, and charged at a cost of $0.42/kwh. Usage and amount owed is calculated at check-out and payment is due in cash please. If paying in USD, bills must be like new with absolutely no rips or tears. Our banks don’t accept the bills otherwise. Cost varies based on consumption: $15-25/day. If you are conservative, and you turn the lights, fans and air conditioners off when you’re not not in the condo and use the ACs in the bedrooms at night only, the electricity should be on the lower end.
