Stay a day or stay a month! You are welcome here! Private entrance attached to the mini villa. Brand new king bed studio for 2! Separate shower and bathtub, spacious closet, and kitchenette in comfy quarters with million dollars sunset views! You are staying at the Matlacha cottages. There are 3 other units who share the beautiful backyard space which share the beautiful wildlife and sunset views. Pine Island Community Pool is $3 for adults! It’s close and amazing!

The location and the property were both ideal for our getaway.

My husband and I booked this cottage for a getaway on the water and this was perfect!! The cottage was clean and check in/out was easy. My husband fished the entire time we were there and caught mangrove snapper, redfish, flounder, sheepshead’s and lady fish right off the property! We met the cleaning lady and the maintenance man while we were there and they both were a pleasure to speak with. Getting in and out of the driveway can be a little tricky at certain times but if you make friends with the neighbors they will stop traffic long enough for you to get out. Everyone we met in Matlacha was so friendly and with the cottage being walking distance to shops, food and parks was such a bonus! We can’t wait to come back and visit hopefully this fall and bring the whole family!
