Copperstone #4107 vacation condo is located in the small mountain community of Deadman’s Flats, just 7 minutes from Canmore! This privately owned 1 bedroom (plus 1 sofa bed) condo is found within the top-rated Copperstone Resort that offers luxury amenities at reasonable rates in the heart of the Canadian Rockies! Copperstone #4107 is perfect for a solo/couple’s getaway or a small family looking for a relaxed mountain vacation. Sorry, no pets allowed. This beautiful one bedroom condo can accommodate up to 4 people. It comes with one Queen sized bed and & one Double sleeper sofa. The condo has a spacious open concept living/dining room and comes complete with all the comforts and amenities of home. ~ BONUS BBQ ~ You have access to your own brand new Webber BBQ, so there is no need to use the shared common area BBQ's! Guests have access to the shared Outdoor Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Billiards room - Fitness centre & Heated Underground Parking (Only 1 car per Unit please) ~ Only 1 parking space is allotted in the underground parkade. Any additional vehicles will need to pay $15/day and park in the overflow area near the resort. ~ Although I am not on site, I am available at any time via the AirBnB app or by cell phone if you have any questions or concerns. ~ Although I am not on site, I am available at any time via the AirBnB app or by cell phone if you have any questions or concerns. ~ In case of emergency (water leaks, furnace stops working, noise complaints - between 10:00PM - 6:00AM please contact Spillett Security. Their phone number is provided in your "Check-In" correspondence. ~ In case there are issues with cell phone connections dropping - switch your cell data to wifi calling for better connection. ~ ~ Access to the Bow River (great fishing) and walking trails can be found just behind Copperstone Resort. ~ There are paved trails along the south and west boundary of Pigeon Creek, and a variety of hiking and biking trails ~ There is a little hidden gem of a restaurant across from the Husky called One98Eight-One. I highly recommend their breakfast! ~ The Husky Station restaurant is also a very good choice for breakfast or lunch. It's an old school diner experience where the food is home made and reasonably priced. ~ Basic food essentials/snacks are available at the Husky & Shell gas stations. Otherwise, all main groceries and liquor stores can be found in Canmore just 7 minutes west of Deadman's Flats. Deadman's Flats is just 7 minutes to Canmore, 25 minutes to Banff and 60 minutes to Lake Louise. ~ Although this is a pet friendly resort, Unit #4107 DOES NOT ALLOW PETS due to the owner's allergies. ~ Copperstone is a family resort, so no large parties or smoking/vaping are allowed in the Unit or Resort property. ~ Copperstone offers excellent fibre optic internet connection, but the Cell service can be spotty and inconsistent. WiFi Calling works well. ~ There is construction adjacent to the Copperstone Resort, so there is potential for some noise between 8:00am - 5:00pm. However, Unit 4107 faces inward towards the courtyard, so it should be minimized. Welcome to our beautiful home! We're thrilled to have you as our guest and hope your stay with us is wonderful. House Rules: ~ Please be careful when using the towels and dish clothes to avoid permanent stains. Excessive avoidable stains (sauces, blood/make-up, etc.) will result in a $25 charge. ~ Strict NO pets (cat/dog hair/scratches will result in a $100 charge) ~ Strict NO smoking (smoke/pot odour in condo unit will result in a $250 charge) ~ Strict policy on number of occupants. Maximum of 4 persons are allowed to stay overnight in Unit #4107. More than 4 persons will result in a $100 charge). ~ for any after our issues here is your Emergency Contact (10pm-6am): Spillett Security at 403-493-4661 or 403-493-4660 (Water leaks, furnace break down, noise complaints, etc). Extra Charges and Fees: Please note that additional housekeeping charges may apply for excessive messiness or damage to our unit or furniture. These fees include: - Late checkout fee: $25 (applies after 11 am without prior approval by the host) - Extra garbage fee: $25 (for garbage/recycling left in the unit) - Extra cleaning fee: $25 (for excessive cleaning needs, such as food left in the kitchen/on tables, or dishes not done) - Towel replacement fee: $10 (for damaged towels, replacement price per towel) - Linen replacement fee: Varied (depending on the damaged item) Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
