This cozy, brand-new townhome will give you all the modern-day comfort, combined with the rustic vibes that will give you an unforgettable Adirondack experience. Wake up to the beautiful views of Prospect Mountain, have a cup of locally brewed coffee on the balcony, and take a short walk to Million Dollar Beach to see the magical views of the Lake, in all its glory! There is no shortage of activities: hiking, swimming, kayaks, boating, fishing, parasailing, mini-golf, ski/snowboarding...not to mention plenty of local shops, bars, and restaurants to explore, all just a short walk away! Important information: 1. PARKING: 2 parking spots max - 1 spot in the driveway, 1 spot in the garage (No bigger than standard size SUVs). Limited space in the development, no trailers or boats. 2. GARBAGE: Garbage & Recycling pick-up is every Monday morning. Garbage containers can both be placed at the foot of the driveway Sunday night or Monday morning for pickup. 3. New Development - There is ongoing construction in the back two buildings, so please be aware workers may be on site. 4. There is a security camera at the front door of the house pointed solely at the driveway. We understand that privacy is important, so please rest assured that this camera is not actively monitored and only covers the driveway area to enhance property security. 5. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM and plan to leave by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. 6. Traveling with kids: Townhome comes with Pack N' Play, highchairs, babygates (upon request). 7.
