My family and I really enjoyed this home and neighborhood. Having the beach and restaurants close made a difference from our last stay. The home had everything we needed, especially with the large smart TVs and heated pool to keep the kids busy in the evening. Booking with My Paradise Retreat was really easy and all the information we needed was sent to us without having to ask. - Shari

Surprised by all the 5-star ratings. We killed roaches the entire time--little ones, big ones, in the kitchen, and even on the wall behind the TV. We've never had this experience with any other VRBO property. Extremely disappointing. Property manager was responsive, but that didn't help the roach infestation. Property owner chalked it up to being in Florida or guests leaving doors open. Not buying it. The bugs were because the unit is not thoroughly cleaned after each visit, as was evidenced by the dirty glasses in the cupboard. Will not rent this property again. Would have dealt with the worn furniture, too soft mattress, and thin towels, but the roaches were a deal breaker.

The only thing that would make this property better is being right on the beach itself. However, it's just a short golf cart ride to the private entry. One minor issue during the stay with the locks at the house, but was promptly handled by the property management.
