Large clean room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is everything you need. Comfortable beds. Good smell.
The only problem was noisy neighbors, and since there is no one from the administration in the hotel in the evening and at night, there was no one to solve this problem.

My stay was everything perfect. From the warm welcome from staff before arrival, To departing. Will be staying here again. It felt like home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay…the ONLY issue we found was the floors were dirty. You could see the dirt, but when walking around barefoot, that’s when it stood out.

Wasn’t able to get to sleep as the person staying in the unit above decided they would make noise until nearly 4am. When checking out, was going to let front office know but there was no one there to tell.
This was my second time staying here. The first was much better but still not stellar. This time, pure awful.

Our apartment was seemingly clean. I would wish for only a couple things. A rack to put the suitcase on being the first. There is no dresser for clothes that you don't hang up and only 4 hangars.My only complaint would be that the walls are super thin and the housekeepers were very loud in neighboring suites. I could literally hear entire conversations through the walls.Not just the housekeepers.

Room was not clean. Floors were so dirty I had to keep shoes on. There was no toilet paper in the room nor any soap or shampoo.

This hotel was great for a family that doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on earing out. A full kitchen to cook meals. Plenty of room to stretch out with a small living area to hang out without sitting or lying on the beds. Our room was mostly clean; I dropped an earring and got down on the floor to find it under the bed and found large dust bunnies. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but we were so exhausting from our long day that it didnt bother us much. Following advice from another review, I did pack an extra blanket but we like to sleep in a cold environment. We would stay again if ever in Auburn in the future. Staff was amazing . Had trouble with the app when checking in so i call called the hotel and the lady was so very helpful.

I loved everything about the look,spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort. Great place, friendly staff. The only drawback is the lack of sound proofing. I could hear every word of my above and next door neighbor’s phone conversations. Luckily none were late at night or too early. There’s a cool courtyard with grill and a few sitting areas. One around a big beautiful fire pit.

Very spacious rooms, which was amazing. Loved having a living space separate from sleeping space. Great kitchen! The only downfall was the uncomfortable beds, pillows and lack of a comforter. We lost quite bit of sleep due to uncomfortable beds and bedding. Otherwise, the place was amazing.

Came out here for a 2 night stay to visit my sister and it was very close to restaurants, front desk very nice and courteous, very clean and spacious rooms. Only been open for about 2 months. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will be back !

Tiara was absolutely wonderful! She was always available for any questions and concerns. She definitely went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

When we checked in to our room, we had an issue with the bathroom sink not draining properly. Teresa went above and beyond to solve the issue but was not successful. She immediately found us another room comparable to the one we had. Teresa is very professional and courteous to her guests. If ever in the Auburn area, I highly recommend staying at this property. Teresa treats her guest like family and is very charming with the southern hospitality. My next stay in Auburn will surely be there.

This room was awesome!! Very clean, nice furnishings and and great kitchen and living room area, we will definitely try to stay here on future game day weekends in Auburn. The staff was easy to contact and very helpful.
