There is a shower with small tub, toilet, and sink with under cabinets. Outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and griddle that runs off propane. Solar panels keep the batteries going meaning you'll have lights. Big AC unit and electric fireplace. Stove, griddle, and heat run off gas. There are some scratches on the sides of the dining booth due to our cats when we lived full time in our camper, but everything else is in great condition
