Bedroom was fine.

I was informed that the apartment would be ready by 3 pm. When i arrived, the kitchen was a mess. Unhygienic. The bathroom was a mess, with a large piece of equipment in the shower rendering it unusable. The person I met at the door (didn't quite catch her name as she brushed past) showed me where the key was to the apartment, and where my room was, then said she would be "right back." After waiting at least ten minutes, I began to feel uneasy. I later discovered from her texts through Booking.com that she was surveilling me from a camera that I did not see, or was made aware of, by her, upon entering the premises. She alleged that I committed some "misconduct" by opening the refrigerator and depositing food that I had purchased, as I was informed the kitchen was included with my payment. I also washed the only visible frying pan, as it was caked in grease, believing that I would need it to cook my food. She seemed to think this too, was some sort of misconduct (as she surveilled from a camera, which I assume was hidden since I didn't see it, nor did she mention it upon my arrival). I did not spend a single night there (I had payed for 2 nights) as I found her conduct and the state of the apartment utterly appalling. I am pursuing a refund.
