About this house rental

Located in Bethany Beach, this lovely house for R 7,792 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Great single family home in the town of Bethany Beach. Very large (exterior picture is deceiving!) Ground level features large garage area, nice rec room with pool table, a bedroom, full bath and a fenced in back yard. Middle level (level 2) features the main living, dining and kitchen. Half bath, kids bedroom, master suite, 3 seasons porch and secured deck. 3rd level has 2 more large bedrooms and a shared hall bath. 2 outside showers. EASY walk to the beach or town. Plenty of room for the entire family. No smoking. Other Information: -Weekly and partials (3+ nights) available. See calendar. -Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $325 -Bedding: King, King, 2 Queens, Pyramid Bunk bed (Double/Twin) + Trundle, King (sleeps 14) -Pets: Not allowed -WIFI - Yes -Other: Pool table -Appliances: Microwave, Blender, Toaster, Toaster oven, Standard coffee, Keurig, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Iron & Board -Outside: Fenced yard. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice and memorable rental. We had three families under one roof, so it was fantastic that each could occupy a separate floor. The house is right on Rt 1, so the highway noise is noticeable, but we had no problems crossing the road with small kids to get to the beach. The top floor could definitely use a refurb - even just new carpet would go a long way. The property was more clean than most rentals we've stayed at, but not spotless. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall was very nice, spacious, clean, and as advertised. It definitely is more spacious than it looks in the pictures, with large bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The location within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient. There were a few downsides to our stay:1) the Wifi was broken all week (from check-in to check-out), and was not fixed even after the cable company came out and said it was fixed. Wilgus was very helpful and tried their best to resolve the problem, but it was still frustrating to not have wifi service all week (meaning we had to burn through personal hotspot data limits in order to use the smart TV/streaming or connect for work). The problem was still unresolved when we checked out.2) With the house being on a side street on the corner of Route 1, we dealt with dangerous drivers in front of our house all week (turning onto our street too fast or speeding down our street to/from Route 1). Beware to those with small kids!3) The house does not really have a usable back yard...the only outdoor space is the front deck featured in the photos. Overall these issues only detracted slightly from our experience.
