The home is nestled between the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mountains with easy access to Interstate 81 and Route 11. Our beautiful, century-old farmhouse is a relaxing place to get away and create special memories with family and friends. Bud’s Place has all the peace and quiet of the countryside, while also being located close to historic sites, breweries, wineries and much more. Our large deck is perfect for outdoor lovers and the sun porch is a great indoor space to relax and enjoy the view. Guests are welcome to enjoy our outdoor fire pit during their stay. Bud’s place features four bedrooms, three queens and the fourth has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom. The home has two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The newly renovated kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot and much more. There are plenty of towels, wash cloths, dish towels and dish cloths. We provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and tissues. Help yourself to one of the many books and there are also games and puzzles along with TVs in the family room, living room and downstairs bedroom. We are only 10 miles from the Lexington Horse Center and 12 miles from VMI and W&L University.
