All areas have been updated yet maintain a ton of charm. * The space is an open and airy 750 square feet with an additional 50 sf window seat. * The entryway has hooks for coats and ample room to store your skis, bikes, backpacks etc. * The living room centers around a 7-1/2 foot-long green velvet couch that looks on to an all season electric fireplace surrounded by slabs of raw granite and sheets of galvanized metal. * The 52” smart TV hangs on the same wall for easy viewing. This area is grounded by a soft rug and rounded out with a large coffee table, a sofa table, lots of handy end tables and two comfy side chairs.
