Apartment keys will be collected and returned in Burleigh Heads (James St), please be aware of this prior to making your reservation. Burleigh Heads is 3.7km north of the apartment or approximately 8 minutes in a car. Guests will have full access to the resort facilities, such as the pool or BBQ. The BBQ is communal and is located in the pool area, if the BBQ is utilised it MUST be cleaned after use. Charges may apply if not and we are advised as such. The pool is able to be utilised but only in the time frames in which the room area is opened (7am - 10pm). The Hemingway complex is a luxurious boutique complex, it is not a "resort complex" so you must have respect for others at all times.
