Welcome to Paula's Place! Charming Charleston Style Row Home in the Center of Brier Creek in the Heart of RTP! Walking Distance from shopping and minutes from HWY 540 and I40 and Airport! While the location is amazing, the inside of this home will not disappoint! Great kitchen and living area downstairs that is very new and well kept. Then upstairs you have three spacious bedrooms to enjoy! There is a small porch on the front and back of the house and a pool down the street. Less than 15mins to downtown Durham, downtown Raleigh, the airport, PNC arena, and major hospitals. Come to the Triangle and see it all! We want to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Property sits about 20 feet at most from road that is heavily traveled by cars and semi. You can hear traffic noise all day long. Close to stores and restaurants that are across the street. Also within 10 minutes from airport and early morning airplane noise. There are no instruction's as what to do when you leave. No grill and just a soaking tub.
