HOUSE RULES: - Please do not rearrange any of our furniture. - Please be mindful of noise after 9pm. - We ask that there is no smoking indoors. An extra cleaning fee of $300 to remove odor and stains may be applied. - Towels and washcloths are not to be used with any makeup, face washes, self-tanner, hair dye, or any other staining products. - Do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet. - Do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain. - Please Note: Children friendly does not mean the area is child-proof. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions at all times. - If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and an extra $25 per guest after 4 people. - Prior to your departure, we ask that you please wash any dirty dishes, place dirty towels in the bathroom, turn off any lights, and lock the door on your way out.
