It was spacious inside, the beds and furniture were comfortable. The main area, main bedroom and one other bedroom had air conditioning. There were three bathrooms. Plenty of room to park three cars and a boat outside.

The outside was grubby. There were some old dog droppings and the backyard was unkept. The outdoor furniture looked uninviting to sit on as it was old and dirty. The gas bbq was broken. A fan in the non air conditioned bedroom was needed as it was hot even with the window opened.
