Centrally located between Clearwater and Orlando (a little over an hour drive to beautiful Clearwater, Disney, and Sea World). Just minutes away from Crystal River, Dunnellon, and Ocala. So if you are looking for beaches, amusement parks, swimming with manatees, kayaking, floating down the crystal clear streams of Rainbow Springs, horse shows or the many golf courses central Florida has to offer let our home be your home away from home. The space Master bedroom features: Queen Bed, 50in Roku tv, dimming lights, closet, and dresser for clothes storage. 2nd bedroom includes: 2 double beds, 43in Roku tv, closet, and dresser for clothes storage. Living room features a sectional with a queen sleeper sofa (linens are in laundry room closet), 50in Roku tv, an oversized chair, throw blankets. Screened in front porch area with furniture is great for relaxing and having coffee. Kitchen includes coffee bar, microwave, air fryer, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. And, most common household items (dishes and silverware to service 8.) Table has place settings for 6 plus 2 at the bar makes it fully functional for 8. House includes washer and dryer, towels and wash cloths, beach towels, beach chairs, and Wi-Fi. Trash runs Mondays and Thursdays, please take can to left side of driveway. Please make sure can is returned to carport. No Pets, smoking outdoors only. There are cameras on premises but are located outdoors only.
