Old Towne Yacht Club is a gated community which boasts a range of top-notch amenities designed to enhance your stay. Unwind in our outdoor pool, complete with a hot tub, or fire up the gas grills for an alfresco dining experience. Stay active in our well-appointed fitness center or socialize at the clubhouse. For those with a love for the sea, our marina offers boat slips available for short-term lease, providing a perfect gateway for you to explore the surrounding waters. To ensure a seamless stay, we have provided all basic necessities, including linens. All you need to bring is your suitcase. There is a full kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, and a smart TV with internet. The primary bedroom features a large en-suite with a large walk-in shower and private access to the balcony with the most spectacular waterfront views. There are two additional bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has three twin-sized bunk beds set up as two stacked bunks and a pull-out trundle underneath. Both bedrooms include full closets and are steps away from a shared full bathroom. The primary bedroom and living room both open onto the balcony. The kitchen is separated from the living room and dining area by a bar in a Great Room design, and the appliances are new stainless steel and include a washer and dryer. Boaters: 3 min boat ride to Beaufort Inlet, 2 min to Carrot Island, and 15 min to Shackleford Banks. Boat slips are available for short-term lease at the marina. Pets are allowed for stays that are 31+ days.
