The house has a private drive way and gate, located at the back of a main house separated by a tall fence for added privacy. There is a private garden that sits below a grand Oak tree that provides shade during hot summer days. - 5 mins drive to Bowral Centre - 4 mins to Bong Bong Picnic Racecourse - 2 mins to Southern Highlands Botanic Gardens - 4 mins to Bowral Golf Course - 12 mins to Centennial Vineyards Guest access Guest will access the house via lock box for the key and personalised door pin that is provided shortly before your visit. The garage is available on request to small cars as larger cars will have trouble fitting in. if a driver is not comfortable driving in, it is best to park out front as damage to air conditioning and walls could be easily done. Availability of the garage for parking is subject to change, so must be requested by the guest prior to arrival.
