Breakfast not provided. air-con worked well, outlook was very lovely, plenty of space, kitchen facilities good.

The place was not cleaned to a reasonable standard, floor gritty and leaves left around, floor rugs stained, very messily presented. Felt like I had to clean table, benches and utensils before using them, and keep my shoes on inside. The actual physical space was entirely different from the images on the internet?? Very mysterious!
