If you like the beach, you'll love ours. Only a 10-minute walk from your home, you will reach the shores of one of the most serene beaches in America, Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance which is wonderful, but if you'd like a more local experience, check out the Chauncey Howard Beach entrance, or try the Alhambra Rd. entrance, especially early in the morning where you quite often find yourself alone with the beautiful views. Everything in the place is updated. Luxury vinyl floors, appliances, a remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new pIantation shutters, and the furniture is in excellent condition. The interior décor keeps the living space bright and beachy, the television sets are high definition, and the wireless internet is the fastest available.
