Each of the three townhouses sleeps up to 4 guests, with a queen bed and 2 king single beds that can be combined into one king upon request. Each townhouse also features a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathroom with walk-in shower, and internal washing machine and dryer. Off the main living area is a small balcony, and downstairs is a spacious second living room with TV for the kids to chill out after a day at the beach! The yard is perfect for family time, with a shared BBQ area and space for the kids (or adults) to run and play. You will be just a 600m walk to stunning Shoal Bay beach, and a 1km walk into the town centre of Shoal Bay. Little Beach is the perfect swimming spot for young families and is just a 900m walk. It is just a 1km walk into the Nelson Bay town centre with much to see and do. Included in your booking are 3 car spaces in the garages, and additional street parking, free wifi, bed linen, bath towels, and all the basics you will need. A porta-cot and highchair, and beach towels are available for hire, please request this at least 24 hours prior to check-in if required. Pets: Three small-medium house trained dogs are welcome to stay with you at Luana (one per townhouse). Pets must remain on a lead at all times when outside of the house, the yard is not fenced. A pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies in addition to your booking total, and additional Pet Policy Agreement is required.
