The Neighborhood: Fantastic furnished apartment, located in great location for beach and walks. This great apartment is just a few minutes walk from the train to Lisbon and Cascais, offering links to Sintra and other parts. Other Things to Note: Please be aware that, we will need to draft a rental contract for signing. Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two. If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed. * Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply: -For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €30.00 -For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €60.00. -We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.) * Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency. * Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
