Welcome to our 3 BD house right on Eastman Lake in Grantham, NH! This has been a multi generational family vacation home for 11 years and juuust about everything has been freshly renovated - the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, 3 common spaces (2 living rooms and one loft/office space). The lake is just outside along with biking, walking and hiking trails and several beaches. Our home has everything you need for vacation - toys for the kids (beach and indoors), kayaks, tennis/pickle rackets and more! The house layout is over 3 floors - each floor has a bedroom, bathroom and a common space. There is a large wraparound porch with outdoor dining, a Weber grill and lounge chairs. You can see the lake from the porch and it's located just off the backyard and across the bike / walking path. Some amenities: -Fast Wifi! -Large TV on each floor with access to Hulu and Netflix -Washer and dryer WITH detergent :-o -Dishwasher WITH soap :-) -Fully stocked kitchen - pots, pans, wine glasses, spices, pasta, appliances, microwave, oven, large stainless fridge, crockpot, blender, kuerig coffee maker, oil, vinegar and more! -Office space with printer -Beach toys -Kids toys -Board games -Tennis and pickeball rackets -Cornhole for the backyard -Grill -Pack n Play and high chair and baby gate if needed for stairs -3 kayaks and plenty of life jackets -Golf Course and Restaurant located in the community -5 minutes from a cute market for groceries and supplies You have access to the whole house, porch and backyard! There is a gym, indoor pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, trails, ice skating and more very nearby. You are able to purchase daily passes for these activities on the Eastman Website at about 10$/day. BUT Eastman offers a 4 person, 7day package for 100$ that is a great deal if you are staying more than 2 or so days and plan to use the facilities.
