Located on Howe Island Ferry Road, our cottage is a 10 minute drive to downtown Kingston, and right next door to the ferry dock that takes you to Howe Island. There are several boat launches in the area. There is one in Grass Creek Park which is 1.8 KM from the cottage. Grass Creek Park has a beach as well, so you can swim or go kayaking etc. What makes our property unique is the green space inside. We have a solarium which is converted into a greenhouse. It is a more natural section of the house. There's lots of beautiful plants to see. It instantly puts you in a magical mood. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room to keep you cozy in winters and summer nights.
