HOUSE RULES Please review the information below before you book. We want guests to have the right expectations so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time. - Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine), no shoes in the home, no pets. - No access to mailbox: All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft. - Please expect to climb stairs - there are 4 flights of stairs and 5 stories. - We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended. - There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
