Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to West Edmonton Mall or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton! Getting around Castledowns is well-connected to the rest of Edmonton, making it easy for guests to get around during their stay. Public transportation options include the Edmonton Transit System (ETS) buses and LRT (light rail transit) which provides service to and from downtown Edmonton and other parts of the city. The closest bus stop is just a few minutes walk from the listing, and the nearest LRT station is about 10 minutes drive away. Guests can also easily access major roads such as 97th street, Castle Downs road and 137th Ave, which can take them to other parts of the city quickly by car. There are also ample parking options available on the street and in the neighborhood. For those who prefer to bike, the area is bike-friendly and also has bike rentals nearby. Taxis, Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect.
