In the locale, you can hire mountain bikes at the Adventure Centre just across Highway 99 and stand-up paddle boards or sea kayaks from Valhalla Pure by Nesters. Ski/snowboard rentals are also available. It is a leisurely 45-minute drive to the closest gondola of the world-famous Whistler Blackcomb Ski resort!
