It is a one-block walk to the bay for boating and fishing amenities and there's an ATM 50' away to get cash for all the fun you're going to have. There is a Ring doorbell that captures audio and video footage when motion is activated. We use this for security purposes. There is one restaurant/bar that is a block away and within walking distance with amazing bay views. All the other attractions require a car. This charming home invites you to experience the best of both worlds.
