The Space: This gorgeous 3770 sq. ft., 6BR House has one (1) king-size bed, two (2) Queen size beds, one (1) Bunk bed, one (1) Single bed, three (3) Twin Trundle beds, two (2) Day beds and two (2) Sofa beds, also an air mattress is available if necessary. All distributed between the main house and the guest house and with a capacity for 18 people, spacious rooms with large closets and soft white linens. You will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with a large island in the middle, fully equipped including utensils, appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room has a big dining room, a comfortable and spacious sofa overlooking the garden without missing the flat screen TV in the living room, also this house comes with its own game room. There are six (6) luxurious bathrooms with plenty of space, some with bathtub and/or shower, double vanities, personal cleaning products, hair dryer, white towels and excellent water pressure. Outdoors there is a huge backyard that gives room for entertaining friends and family with its own fireplace, beach loungers, umbrellas around a giant swimming pool and a dining set to enjoy meals made on an incredible grill. Guest Access: Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private. The Neighborhood: The home is located in a quiet and gorgeous residential neighborhood in the heart of Sherman Oaks. Very close to High-end malls, hip boutiques and restaurants, but maintaining the tree-lined clean streets, green vibes of a quiet LA suburb. Which allows you the city convenience to be within minutes of all major freeways that get you anywhere in LA, while also enjoying the small town peacefulness. All productions must be approved with the host before booking. Unauthorized productions will result in a $4,000 fine and/or eviction. JACUZZI: There is a $59 fee per stay to heat the jacuzzi, please let us know if you'd like to use it, and we can send in a request to pay this fee. POOL: Pool heating: we can arrange for the pool to be heated – there's a fee of $472 for 48hs. After 48 hours, the pool heating fee for each day thereafter will be $177. Please reach out with your request at least 1 week before check-in. PETS: If you plan to bring pets, please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before arrival, as there is a surcharge. Normally $71 per pet per stay, maximum 2 pets, depending on the type and size of pet.
