There is nothing I would change

We are from the US. Richard is a good host and storyteller. We felt at home. Breakfast was delightful. The premises are near Etretat, only 10-15 min from downtown. You can reach several beaches from this location. Rooms are spacious. Definitely recommend it!

We stayed 2 nights in a different rooms, and both were perfect. Spacious, stylish, modern but with a vintage details. Feels the energy and history of the place. very picturesque views around. house is located close to Etretat, 10 min by car and 1 hour to walk. Host was very kind and hospitable, in the morning he served delicious breakfast (fresh bread and pastries, cheese, eggs, coffee/tea, fruits). want to come back and stay more nights in this wonderful place

Very friendly and a very good atmosphere

We had a wonderful stay at Les Hauts d'Etretat! The room was super spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and Richard was a fabulous host. We are looking forward to staying there again - would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect: the location, the miraculously clean room, the tranquility of the garden, the breakfast and of course the host. Richard was super nice and helpful. It’s worth staying at Les Hauts d’Etretat just to get his tips on what to see and where to eat in and around Etretat. The man knows the best places really!

Room comfortable and very spacious. Entrance to room was overgrown with vegetation and garden gave poor initial impression.

That we only stayed for a single night, would've loved a longer stay in this beautifull place

Breakfast was just delicious, all kind of different pastries, bread, cheese and sausages, the proprietor was really kind and also an avid golf player like us, which led to nice conversations and making a reservation for us at the Golf d'Etretat. For all the golfers: play hole 10, it's a real challenge and what a view!! Back to B&B, the bed and duvet were great, the room is spacious as is the bathroom, also nicely decorated, the location is a bit hard to find, certainly without navigation. We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. Thanks Richard ( I missed your text messages, no Wifi, but thanks in hindsight).

The property is gorgeous, the rooms are nicely appointed, the bedding is great, and the host (Richard) is very warm, hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast was also great and thoughtfully prepared. We had a lovely stay.

Our only comment is that in the little guest house where we stayed (with two bed/bath suites), it is worth noting that there is no separation between the bedrooms and bathrooms leading to a (possibly uncomfortable) lack of privacy.

A nice property, a nice room with a view right into the garden

We were stuck under heavy rain until we could reach some one to help us access the room. When we entered the room, it was freezing cold and could not turn on one of the heater and the other, although being at its highest setting did not perform at all.
