Other things to note: The neighborhood is a mostly owner-occupied community that embraces its privacy and tranquility. Please note that this is not a party house, nor is it an area that will tolerate excessive noise. Please be considerate of the neighbors. QUIET HOURS are between 10PM - 9AM. The large driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Street parking is not available, and vehicles parked on the street will be towed. The owner may be onsite occasionally to work in an office that is in a separate building on the property. No shoes are to be worn inside the house, as the red soil will stain the rugs and carpet. There is a boot tray or shoe rack inside each door. No more than 6 people are to be on the property at any time. We are so excited to host your visit!
