The whole townhome has two full bathrooms and a powder room, allowing us to accommodate up to 6 guests in ultimate comfort. Our location is just a 5-minute radius away from shopping centers, the expressway, top golf courses, and much more! We also offer hassle-free check-in, with a door code entrance that allows you to come and go as you please and change passcodes for every booking. Our town home is equipped with all the amenities needed to make you feel at home. We also have two car parking spaces. No pets and no smoking allowed. As our guest, you will have access to the entire townhome using your unique door code. You'll be able to enjoy the comfortable living space and all of its amenities. Safety and Energy Saving: Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Smoking: Cigarettes are not allowed on the property. Damages and Breakages: Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so we can repair or replace them. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damage or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit. Cleaning and Maintenance: No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout, alternatively, a $100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
