While Topanga is perfectly situated close to the world-famous communities of Malibu, Calabasas and Santa Monica, it is also convenient for accessing the sites of greater LA including Hollywood, Venice Beach, and Downtown LA. Please use caution on the long and curvy drive up the mountain to the home. On-site parking and a level 2 EV charger is included. Car services: Taxis will come if called. Uber/Lyft service can be sparse and may involve long waits. Walking/Biking: Hiking trails and endless views are all within walking distance of the property and the roads have also become extremely popular with cyclists. If you are flying in/out of the area, the closest airports are: Bob Hope Airport in Burbank (42 min drive), Los Angeles International Airport (45 min drive), Long Beach Airport (55 min drive). Note: rush-hour and other periods of high-traffic can significantly increase travel times and fluctuate, so plan accordingly.
