It's the perfect place to relax, watch movies, catch up on your favorite series, or play games with your family. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious homemade meals for everyone. You can also spend your evenings on the screened porch or balcony, both of which are furnished with outdoor tables. On this level, you'll also find a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a half bathroom. The upper floor is where all three bedrooms are located.
